Aneesa Hassan is the wellness consultant at Kottakkal Ayurveda, with over 10 years of experience in India & U.A.E. She is graduated from Kannur University, Kerala, and is specialized in Mental Health & Wellness.

 

She is a certified meditation coach from the Kottakkal Ayurveda School of Excellence and provides Smriti Meditation, a unique meditation technique used in Ayurveda psychotherapy. Also certified in Ayurveda gynecology under the ‘Training program for consultants- Vanitha clinic program ‘ by Ayurveda Medical Association of India, she focuses on Women and child health.

 

Incorporating Ayurveda therapeutics along with psychotherapy, she beholds a holistic management module in health issues. She leads wellness programs and workshops in which lifestyle management through yoga, diet modifications, psychotherapy, and counseling are the key interventions.
